5 Easy Steps


​Are you planning to submit a Year 7 Enrolment application for 2020, or do you know someone who is? 

Follow these 5 steps to ensure lodging your application is quick and easy.

1. Ensure all parents or legal guardians complete and sign all of the pages of the Enrolment Package, including pages 34 to 38. If a page does not apply to your student, just cross through it (for example, extension or music forms).

2. Remember to have your student sign pages 9, 11 and 38 of the Enrolment Package.

3. Bring all the supporting documents listed in the Checklists on pages 6 & 7 of the Enrolment Package; we cannot accept your application without all of the documents.    If you lease your principal place of residence, you MUST include your rental bond receipt, issued by the RTA, with your full lease document.  If your student has a medical care plan, please include it.  If there are current court orders in relation to the care of your student, please include them. The checklists detail all supporting documents that must be included with your enrolment package; these are not optional documents, they are all required to lodge your Enrolment Package.

4. Bring two (2) hard copy sets of all your supporting documents:  the original documents to be sighted and a photocopy of the original documents to be kept with your Enrolment Package. We are unable to print out emails, electronic documents or make photocopies.

5. Applications can only be lodged after you have received your student’s 2019 Year 6 Semester 1 Report Card.  We cannot accept applications unless all supporting documents are provided, in hard copy (originals and a photocopy), with your application package.
