The Queensland Schools Premier League (SPL) commenced in 2009 with an aim to provide schools an opportunity to compete against each other in a structured elite competition throughout the school year. All SPL schools that are involved in the competition are required to meet a minimum standard to ensure high standard and continuous development of our football students. As a united cluster of football schools we promote and value schoolboy/girl football and focus on developing the whole athlete. Our football students are supported through mentoring, training and education from nationally accredited and industry experience coaches.
Vision: Our vision is to provide state school students a learning pathway through football which supports students both in their academic and physical goals and our growing football community.
Values: As a united cluster of football schools we are committed to: 1. Providing state football schools students the very best annual football competition 2. Promoting, developing and supporting both boys and girls school football 3. Providing students with the quality, accredited coaches and elite football programs as a learning pathway and development within schools.
